Months of June and July Trivia Questions

Due to being busy at end of June and beginning of July I am combining the months and giving everybody a shot at 6 trivia questions.

6. General George S. Patton was accused of being weak in logistics while commanding an army, but this is not entirely true. Food, Ammo and Fuel during his race across France was controlled by higher commands but during his race across France in World War 2 he showed his skill in logistics by making sure certain units were attached to his forward racing divisions. What were the units attached?

Battle of Appomattox Court House his home was the home General Robert E. Lee surrendered to Ulysses S. Grant

2. He had few aircraft on patrol and lined all the aircraft up on the airfields making for easy targets for the Japanese air attacks.
